Conference Information

• Eligibility: Submissions are welcomed from all qualified oral and maxillofacial surgeons / Post Graduate Surgical trainees in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Abstracts must be original
• Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English
• Abstract Format: Must follow the guidelines as suggested by the Scientific Committee.
• In person presentation is mandatory for all accepted abstract submission and virtual presentation will not be considered.
• All the presenting authors must register for the 7th ACOMS. Abstracts will not be included in the program unless the presenter is registered.
• Conflict of Interest: All presenters must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
• Presenters may select their presentation preferences (Oral / e-poster) and category (prize / free). However, the scientific committee reserves the right for allocation of the preferences.
• Abstracts which are not selected for Oral presentation may be eligible for e-poster
• All the abstracts should be submitted through the abstract submission portal. Submission through email will not be considered for review.
• Figures, tables, and graphs are not permitted in submissions but may be included in presentations

• Only Post Graduates/ trainees are eligible to submit their abstract in this category.
• Last date for submission of abstracts for Prize- Paper / e- Poster: 14th July 2025.
• The submitted abstracts will be reviewed and short listed by the scientific committee. Only a few papers/ e-posters will be considered for the presentation in this category amongst all the abstracts submitted for prize paper/ e-poster category.
• Selected presenters will be intimated by email after 28th July 2025.
• Final presentation file for Oral / e-poster should be uploaded in their respective format before 19th August 2025.
• Registration for the conference is mandatory prior to submission of the presentation file.
• The abstracts not selected in this category will be permitted to be presented as a free paper/ e-poster during the conference.
